Enjoy this quick and delicious Salmon Salad with Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir Rose !

BICICLETA ROSÉ PAIRING WITH SALMON SALAD

Makes 4 servings Total Time 20 Minutes
Ingredients
Salad Ingredients:
2 portions of salmon filet (300 g)
2 cucumbers
½ lemon

Sauce Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 lemons
2 tsp. of olive oil
2 tsp. of salt
2 tsp peppermint

For serving:
1 tsp. of toasted sesame seeds
1 chopped chives

Step 1: The Salmon
Cut two portions of filet salmon into thin slices and season with the juice of half a lemon.

Step 2: The Sauce
In a food processor mix 1 avocado, with the juice of two lemons, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Grind until everything is well-combined to an extra smooth green vinaigrette.

Step 3: The Salad
Peel 2 cucumbers and cut them in thin slices. Then Chop 1 Chive.

Step 3: To Serve
Arrange the slices of cucumber and salmon and pour the avocado vinaigrette on top. Sprinkle all over the chopped chives and toasted sesame seeds and it’s done!
