Winemaking notes

Our Distillery Labels range is testament to the long-standing and unique relationships built over generations with Scotland’s distillery owners. For more than 120 years, we have been entrusted with new-make spirit from many of Scotland’s distilleries to mature in our casks, our way.

Tasting notes

Sweet and light fruits; lemon, pineapple and orange. Vanilla pod develops softly and accompanies boiled sweets with a subtle hint of banana. Gentle spice with grapefruit and cracked black pepper. Lemon cheesecake comes to the fore alongside subtle white chocolate and soft vanilla.
