Winemaking notes
Mechanical harvest during the night. Total Destemming. Maceration before fermentation during 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (21ºC-25ºC) in stainless steel vats. Malolatic Fermentation in stainless still vats with oak staves. Ageing - 10% in 400L barrels for 6 months

Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez grown on granitic soils

Ruby hue with violet hints. Aromas of fresh red berries, spices and white flowers.Very juicy and fresh wine, with fine acidity and very smooth tannins
