Zero-intervention philosophy: organically grown grapes harvested at full ripeness. Extended skin maceration to extract colour and noble tannins without forcing the phenolic structure. No added sugar or oenological additives.

Guyot-trained vines on the hills of Gibellina (100–300 m a.s.l.), western Sicily. Deep alluvial soils with a loam-clay-sand composition. Yield controlled at 4,300 kg/ha. Certified organic farming, zero chemical inputs. Strong eco-design commitment: recycled glass, FSC cardboard, Ocean Bound Plastic cap.

Deep golden with amber hues, typical of orange wine. Complex and deep nose of orange blossom, citrus zest, honey and apricot. Full-bodied on the palate with a silky tannic structure and a long, aromatic finish. Elegant and distinctive — a wine of remarkable personality.

Serve between 12°C and 14°C. Pairs beautifully with charcuterie, aged cheeses, tagines, spiced Mediterranean cuisine or grilled fish. Decant 15 minutes before serving.
