Viticultural notes
Produced under the Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh Sec AOP, this wine is made from Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu grapes. The vineyards are planted on grepp and clay-limestone soils, contributing to the wine’s freshness and aromatic expression.
Tasting notes
Zesté displays a deep, bright yellow colour. The nose is charming and fresh, revealing a citrus-driven bouquet. On the palate, the wine is harmonious, offering citrus notes that are both round and vibrantly fresh.
Pairing notes
Serve chilled, between 8 and 10 °C. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, or sheep’s milk cheese–based dishes, typical of the region. For an even more authentic regional experience, enjoy it with garbure, the traditional soup of Southwest France, or with Ossau-Iraty cheese.
