Malbec

This organic Malbec is both hand picked and machine harvested. Sourced entirely from the Las Lomas estate in Colchagua, whose MEditteranean climate offers unique and enhancing complexities. 70 % of the wine is aged in barrels for 10 months and 30 % in stainless steel for a further 2 months.

Malbec, with the addition of 15% Syrah, work in harmony at the Las Lomas estate. The white clay soils have moderate vigor and the heavy diurnal shifts contribute to the ideal conditions for organic viticulture.

Deep and intense appearance, violet red colour with notes of red fruits, plums and good acidity. Juicy, with soft tannins and very persistent.

Pairs with all sorts of red meat, cheese and pasta.
