Winemaking notes
This certified organic range is symbolized by a bicycle, the only means of transportation in the vineyards, and managed solely by the cycles of nature. The wines must come from vineyards that use no chemical or synthetic fertilizers. Fertilization and insect or disease control are managed by natural techniques, such as the use of flowers, grass, insect-eating animals, such as geese, and the introduction of beneficial insects. Manual harvesting. Matured for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
Viticultural notes
San Antonio Valley. Sandy and clayey soil. Moderately fertile. Cold climate, very close to the coast (15km), cold nights and foggy mornings. Average daytime temperatures (26°C).
Tasting notes
A young Sauvignon Blanc with a bright color made from organically grown grapes. The nose is intense with aromas of grapefruit, lime, yellow pepper, white flowers and herbs. It has a good concentration in the mouth, fresh, lively and mineral.
Pairing notes
Serve with seafood, chicken, spicy dishes, yogurt and lemon sauces, nuts, cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
