Winemaking notes
30 % of the harvest is hand picked and 70 % is processed through mechanical picking. 65 % Cabernet Sauvignon with 35 % of Syrah. Grapes are sourced from multi-climatic situated vineyards in the Central Valley. Fermentation lasts 7 days in tanks between 26 and 28 Celsius.
Viticultural notes
Grapes are sourced from the Central Valley. A Mediterranean climate with a long drying season. Alluvial and colluvial soils are predominant.
Tasting notes
Ripe prunes with soft notes of vanilla and chocolate. It has well balanced tannins that give it great texture and an all around structured finish.

Enjoy with mature cheeses and a variety of meat dishes.
