Winemaking notes
Hand-harvested at dawn to preserve the grapes' full aromatic freshness. Gentle pneumatic pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to enhance the delicate aromatics and vibrancy of the Vermentino. No wood ageing a precise, respectful vinification that allows the fruit and natural minerality of the terroir to express themselves fully.
Viticultural notes
A blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, grown under certified organic farming on the gentle hills of Cinigiano, in the Val d'Orcia Toscana IGT. The Tripoggi estate reflects Masi Agricola's philosophy of exploring Italian terroirs beyond the Veneto, with the same commitment to quality, sustainability and authenticity. Clay-limestone soils at 400–450 metres above sea level, shaped by the slow rhythms of organic viticulture.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with bright greenish highlights. The nose is fresh and floral: white flowers, pear, citrus and a characteristic touch of white peach from the Vermentino, complemented by a subtle herbal note from the Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is light, lively and thirst-quenching, with a crisp, vivid acidity. The finish is fresh, lightly saline and of remarkable aromatic purity.
Pairing notes
Serve very cold between 8–10 °C. Perfect as an aperitif, with antipasti, summer salads, grilled fish, seafood and fresh cheeses. A convivial and generous white, best enjoyed within 2 to 3 years to fully capture its freshness and aromatic purity.
