            Winemaking notes

The graves are harvested by hand when perfectly ripe to preserve their integrity. They are destemmed and then fermented in temperature controlled. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels and then refined for one month in stainless steel vats.

            Viticultural notes

From plots planted on mineral-rich clay soils, benefiting from a climate characterized by warm days and cool nights. Conditions that promote slow and steady ripening, resulting in concentrated, balanced grapes. The vines are cultivated using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

            Tasting notes

An intense ruby color with garnet highlights. On nose, aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and plum layered with notes of cedar, spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate, the texture is full and structured, supported by fine tannins. The finish is long and elegant, marked by lingering notes of blackberry and subtle spices.

            Pairing notes

Serve between 16°C and 18°C after lightly aerating for 30 minutes. Pairs beautifully with grilled beef tenderloin or herb-roasted lamb. Its rich structure and bold fruitiness also complement aged cheeses and charcuterie boards perfectly.
