Winemaking notes
Single-vineyard cuvée sourced from the historic Vinya dels Fòssils parcel, the estate’s most emblematic vineyard.
Blend of native varieties: predominantly Xarel·lo with Macabeu and Parellada.
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately to preserve the expression of the terroir. The wine is produced using the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing, ensuring depth, fine mousse and aromatic complexity.
Viticultural notes
From a vineyard located in the heart of Conca del Riu Anoia, planted on limestone soils rich in marine fossils, which gives the wine its name.
The tempered Mediterranean influence and the estate’s agroecological farming promote slow and balanced ripening.
The parcel, cultivated with respect for biodiversity, expresses a strong geological identity and represents the signature cuvée of the estate.
Tasting notes
A precise and profound sparkling wine marked by strong mineral tension. The profile combines freshness, structure and elegance, with a chalky texture characteristic of great limestone soils. The overall impression balances energy, verticality and a persistent saline finish.
