Winemaking notes
The grapes are harvested manually and then gently crushed. After partial destemming, the grapes are fermented with maceration followed by the addition of brandy. The wines are placed in oak barrels for aging for several years. The wines selected for the final blend are generally aged 2 to 5 years to ensure a rich and balanced product, 3 years old on average.
