Winemaking notes
Pre and post fermentation maceration for 30–35 days, with daily pump-overs and temperature control up to 28 °C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, followed by 2 months of resting, then racking into tank for stabilization before transfer to barrels, where the wine remains for a minimum of 18 months. It is then bottled and aged further in bottle until release.
Viticultural notes
Made from old Garnacha vines, some of which are over a century old. These deeply rooted vines produce low-yield, concentrated, and expressive grapes that are emblematic of the Aragonese terroir. Their age gives the wine a unique aromatic richness, combining power and elegance.
Tasting notes
Intense cherry-red color with garnet edges and violet hues. Elegant and expressive aromas of ripe fruit and spices, enriched by roasted notes on a balsamic background. On the palate, it is structured, flavorful, and powerful, with fine, smooth, and balanced tannins. Broad and generous in mouth, it lingers with an elegant and persistent finish.
Pairing notes
Serve at 16–18 °C with red meats and aged cheeses.
