Winemaking notes

100% Chardonnay. Delicate stalk stripping and crushing. Pressing, clarification and fermentation for 20 days in stainless steel.

Viticultural notes

The vineyards come from the town of Ortona, on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region. Growing on steep slopes and facing west and south-west, vines are planted on calcareous clay soils and trained on a pergola

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow colour. Intense, quite persistent, with notes of tropical fruit. A full-bodied wine, well balanced, intense and persistent.
