Winemaking notes

Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked between the end of August and the beginning of September. Soft pressing and long fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Viticultural notes

Variety: Pinot Grigio 100%

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Intense and persistent aroma, complex, with fruity and herbal scents, hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Fruity (peach, grapefruit, lemon-lime) and mineral, medium body, round and good balance. Finish is long, clean, spicy yet delicate.

Pairing notes

Goes well with rich first courses, white meat and cheese. Excellent with fish soup and roast fish.
