Winemaking notes

Vinification: Thermo-controlled maceration, followed by draining and soft pressing at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Maturation: Stainless steel tanks

Viticultural notes

Grape: 100% Primitivo Production area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. Almost at 100 meters above the sea level, with a high average temperature and very few rainfall during the year. The soils are mainly composed by clay, with an average depth which reaches up to 1 meter

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red colour with violet highlights, in-tense aroma, fruity with notes of prunes and cherry, spicy with rosemary and vanilla scent. Full bodied wine, soft and balanced, easy to drink.

Pairing notes

Best served with: Savoury first courses , red meat and game, ma-ture cheese. Serving temperature: About 16°-18° C
