Winemaking notes

Wine made for young drinkers, with enough experience, that are seeking good value for money. Crushing, de-stemming, soft pressing and static decantation. The clear must is then fermented at a temperature between 12-14°C. At the end of the fermentation, the lees are then left to rest for about 3-5 months and then the wine is transferred and sulphited.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with golden highlights. Complex, fruit and herbal aromas, vanilla, nutmeg. Fruity, peach, grapefruit, lemon-lime and mineral flavours; medium body with roundness and a pleasant mouthfeel, good balance; finish is long, clean, spicy yet delicate.

Pairing notes

Well with rich first courses, white meat and cheese. Excellent with fish soup and roast fish
