Winemaking notes
Grapes are transported to the winery swiftly and with great care. On the sorting tables, any clusters failing the visual quality control are discarded. Careful pneumatic pressing is followed by directed alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at low temperature, preserving the full floral and fruity aromatic profile characteristic of Albariño. Gluten free. Suitable for vegans.
Viticultural notes
100% Albariño from small parcels spread across the Salnés Valley on the gentle slopes of its soft hills, sheltered from the Atlantic Ocean. Traditional two-metre high pergola vine training, mainly west-facing toward the ocean. Integrated viticulture aimed at enhancing natural heritage and biodiversity. D.O. Rías Baixas, Galicia, Spain.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow, crystalline with gold-green highlights. The nose explodes with white flowers: jasmine, orange blossom and hawthorn delicately envelop fruity notes of apricot, ripe citrus and fresh apple. A characteristic salty touch emerges on retronasal olfaction. The palate is velvety, vibrant and nervy, with a creamy, well-structured mid-palate. The finish is long, concentrated and deeply varietal.
Pairing notes
Serve well chilled between 6–8 °C. A natural match for seafood, oysters, grilled fish, rice and pasta with seafood, tapas and traditional Galician cuisine. Best enjoyed young to fully appreciate its floral vibrancy and freshness.
