            Winemaking notes

This wine is crafted using a traditional method, with skin fermentation at 26 °C for 15 days. It is then aged for 24 months in small oak barrels, adding structure and complexity, followed by 2 months in bottle before release. This approach highlights the noble character of the grape variety and the elegance of the appellation.

            Viticultural notes

Perched at 350 meters above sea level, the vineyard thrives on Pliocene limestone soils perfect for Sangiovese. Planted at a density of 5,000 vines per hectare and trained in Guyot, the vines deliver low yields of just 8 tons per hectare. This meticulous care translates into exceptional quality and a pure expression of the terroir.

            Tasting notes

A true Tuscan gem crafted from Sangiovese, this wine shines with a ruby red hue that gracefully deepens to garnet with age. Its bouquet bursts with alluring notes of violet, while the palate offers silky, polished tannins and a seamless balance. Elegant yet rich, it embodies the distinctive charm and refinement of Tuscany’s winemaking tradition.
