Winemaking notes
After destemming, the grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration on the skins lasts about 20 days at 20°C, preserving the fruity and floral nuances of the variety.
Viticultural notes
The Lacrima di Morro d’Alba grapes are grown in the vineyards of San Marcello-Ancona, at an altitude of 100-150 meters. The soil is mainly clay. The vines are cordon-trained. The grapes are handpicked in September.
