Winemaking notes
Varieties selected from the vineyards of Ascoli Piceno and Offida, located 200-300 m above sea level.
The soil is moderately aggregated and tends to be sandy. The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates and stored in temperature-controlled cells.
Viticultural notes
In temperature-controlled steel. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, finished with selected yeasts. Aged on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish nuances. On the nose, a palette of fruity notes of banana, pineapple and apple, with vegetal notes of cut grass. Very fresh, with hints of white and yellow pulp fruit and vegetal notes. Good structure and persistent finish.
Pairing notes
Pair with aged meats and cheeses, white fish, grilled cheese or your favorite vegetarian dish.
