Winemaking notes
The grape varieties are vinified separately. Tempranillo is fermented in stainless steel while Syrah is fermented in rotating steel tanks with complete destemming. Maceration for 15 days with light clarification.
Viticultural notes
Tempranillo and Syrah. Our vines are situated on the steep slopes of Alpera about 650m above sea level, where the vineyard s overlook the valley, where the soil is perfect for growing high quality grapes rich in fruitiness and aromas.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red, clear and bright. On the nose there are nuances of ripe red berries and wild berries. Balanced wine with a medium persistence. Aftertaste or red fruits and licorice.
