Winemaking notes
Manually harvested in March, in 500 kg bins with destemming, cold maceration
- Fermentation with selected yeast at controlled temperature
- Natural malolactic fermentation
- Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks, and 10% of the wine is aged 3 months in third and fourth use American oak barrels.

Barrancas, Maipú: 3117 feet above sea level.
This wine is made from Malbec grapes grown in stony-sandy loam soil vineyards located at an altitude of 3117 feet above sea level, in Maipú, Mendoza. The temperature range of nearly 15° C in this area allows optimal
development and varietal expression.
Tasting notes
Fruity aromas of plum and cherry combine with hints of
vanilla. Soft, fruity entrance on the mouth, with rounded
tannins, good balance and delightful finish.
Pairing notes
Pairs great with grilled red meats, vegetarian burgers
with blue cheese and pasta with tomato mushroom sauce.
Best served between 16-18 °C.
