-Cold pre-fermentation maceration: 3–5 days at 8–10°C
-Alcoholic fermentation: in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 25°C, with daily pump-overs

Tasting notes
It has an intense red color with violet tones. Its aromatic profile is characterized by the presence of black and red fruits such as black currant, raspberry and cherry, followed by floral notes of violets. The palate has a firm, round texture with an elegant tannic structure and a long, lingering finish.
