Winemaking notes

Grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal quality. Cold maceration, then fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts.

This refreshing rosado presents a beautiful and delicate pink colour with reddish tones.Very elegant aromas of strawberry and raspberry, expressing freshness both on the nose and in the mouth. On the palate it has an unctuous entry and balanced acidity providing structure with harmony, with persistent flavours that carry through the finish.
