Winemaking notes
Hand harvested in small baskets from a single vineyard. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 72 hours. The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 25 days. This wine is aged 18 months in oak. 30% American Oak barrels for the Cabernet Sauvignon & 70% French Oak barrels for the Malbec. This wine is aged 10 months in bottles before release.

This wine of notable pedigree, has its origin from an unique vineyard, in the highly regarded area of Barrancas, in the Mendoza region. This area has extremely stony soil and the terroir bestows on the wines a greater concentration of fruit.
