Viticultural notes

El Centinela Estate, Block number 5, Quebrada Alta. Soils rich in minerals and red clay. Temperate climate, cool nights with misty mornings. Centinela is by far the coolest region of the Casablanca valley (3°C cooler than the rest of the valley). Hand-harvested.

A brilliant Chardonnay with green highlights. Beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of citrus fruit grapefruit, lime, pineapple and white flowers.
