Winemaking notes
This sophisticated and complex wine is the result of New World fruit vinified according to traditional Burgundy methods. 85 % of the hand-picked Pinot Noir is sourced from the Casablanca Valley and 15 % is from the San Antonio appellation. 80 % is aged in French oak barrels and 20 % in French oak casks for 12 months.
Viticultural notes
El Triángulo Estate (85%), Campo Lindo Estate (15%) red clay and granite soil. Mild, with cool nights and foggy mornings.
Tasting notes
This bright, lively ruby red Pinot Noir is noted for its elegance and great intensity, displaying notes of sour cherries, raspberries, plum and a hints of toast. On the palate it is fresh and juicy with the perfect amount of acidity. The nose presents amazing finesse and complexity, where notes of fresh cherry, strawberry, raspberry and plum, mingle with background hints of leather.
Pairing notes
This wine is smooth, with long voluptuous tannins that pairs best with red meats, cheeses and pasta.
