Viticultural notes
Cristal meets the strictest production criteria which require a drastic selection of vintages, vintages, grapes and finally wines. Only Pinots Noirs and Chardonnays from the ten crus are retained the most famous of the vineyard of the House.
Tasting notes
Yellow color with slightly golden reflections. Intense bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and red fruits, followed by warmer, toasted and woody mature aromas. On the palate, flavors of ripe, juicy fruit (peach vine) and toasted. Dense and fleshy structure. Powerful finish.
Pairing notes
To be enjoyed with more delicate dishes: caviar, fish, shellfish and crustaceans such as oysters cooked, scallops, John Dory, lobster and lobster.
