85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero. 11%ABV, 10g/L

Bright, delicate rosé colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. Nose of delicate and fragrant berry fruit, with a light structure and lively texture.

Excellent aperitif, perfect rosé to have with fish, with mussels marinière and hearty fish soups such as caciucco. Good with all antipasti in general, from savoury tarts to mixed salumi.
