Canevel sparkling wines are characterized by fine and elegant, silk-like bubbles.

100% Glera, 16g/L
Tasting notes
Pale straw in colour, bright and lively with abundant froth and a fine, elegant perlage. The nose is lightly aromatic with notes of rose, wisteria and peach. Very easy drinking and soft, with a long-lasting finish.
Pairing notes
An excellent aperitif, this sparkling wine can
be paired with all fish dishes such as salmon,
shellfish and white meats.
