We are a traditional Speyside distillery owned by a family of whisky-lovers intent on making single malt the right way with true character. Only ever matured in the highest quality oak casks, our FIFTEEN YEARS OLD single malt whisky gives cracked pepper, charred oak, apples, dark chocolate and forest fruits with rich sherry notes and a touch of smoke.

Aromas of sweet toffee initially, leading to undertones of cracked black pepper and peat smoke. Rich forest fruits develop and complement dark chocolate and dried banana. Creamy and sweet with ripe apples and an undertone of charred oak. Dark chocolate develops and leads to toasted oats and orange peel with a subtle hint of smoke. 93 Points, Wine Enthusiast “This amber-hued whisky offers caramel, oak and a hint of black cherry on the nose and mouth. The drying palate leads with black cherry and creamy honey, finishing taut, with leather, cigar wrapper, dark chocolate and clove heat.” 90 Points, Whisky Advocate “This spent 9 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, then 6 years in first-fill European oak oloroso casks. Sherry is to the fore on the nose, with apple pie, honey, vanilla, black pepper, and ultimately pipe tobacco. A viscous and rich palate, with more apple pie and vanilla, while the sherry is drier, with new leather and woodsmoke. Salted caramel and spicy oak on the finish.”
