Winemaking notes

We are a traditional Speyside distillery owned by a family of whisky-lovers intent on making single malt the right way with true character. Only ever matured in the finest oak casks, and lightly peated in the traditional way.

Tasting notes

Rich tropical fruit aromas lead to ripe apple and honey. Citrus zest flavours give way to black pepper and soft smoke.
