Winemaking notes
Made from Glera grapes from Valdobbiadene and Chardonnay grapes from the Refrontolo estate, this wine is vinified to sparkle using the Charmat method to better preserve the harmony of its fragrances. Vinification Whole grapes, gentle pressing and static settling for around 8 hours. Méthode Charmat-Martinotti sparkling wine process. Temperature-controlled fermentation.
Viticultural notes
Altitude About 250 m above sea level. Modified Sylvoz cultivation method. Maximum yield per hectare 13,500 kg.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow, bright and lively. Harmonious aromas of golden apple and Mediterranean spices. Dry, without harshness, silky and full of character. 10g/l residual sugar.
Pairing notes
Ideal as an aperitif and with cheese and fish-based starters or light dishes. Also great with desserts.
