Winemaking notes

This whisky provides a glimpse to taste the future – a chance to sample the aromas and flavours that may define the 12-year-old single malt yet to emerge from The Cairn. With deliciously fragrant notes of cinnamon and raspberry as well as tangy chocolate orange, the whisky is the ideal intro to the range.

Tasting notes

Red apples, cinnamon and cloves. Orange marmalade and roasted walnuts. Palate: Raspberry, apple and a touch of pepper. Sweet and spicy along with tangy chocolate orange. Finish: Fruity with a spicy oak finish.
