Manual harvest of Pinot Grigio in Valdadige. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Short aging on fine lees in order to develop texture and complexity, while preserving liveliness and minerality characteristic of the terroir.

This 100% Pinot Grigio wine is produced on the historic Conti Bossi Fedrigotti estates from grapes picked in their ideally-sited vineyards in Trentino. Known locally as Ruländer here for centuries, this Pinot Grigio gives the maximum in terms of aromatic qualities and has perfect balance thanks to the ideal pedoclimatic conditions of the vineyards, which bring out the wine’s typical freshness and minerality

Pale yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intense, revealing fresh apple and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the wine shows character and structure while maintaining vibrant freshness. Citrus nuances emerge on the finish, extending a sensation of minerality and balance.

Serve at 10°C. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with summer appetizers, light contemporary dishes, fish soup, grilled river or lake fish, white meats and fresh alpine cheeses.
