Winemaking notes
Hand-harvested in small crates, followed by a meticulous sorting. Partial destemming (50%), then cold pre-fermentation maceration for five days. Fermented in small stainless-steel vats with gentle punch-downs and pump-overs. Soft gravity pressing, then aged on fine lees in French oak barrels (25% new) from 1 to 6 years old.
Viticultural notes
Brilliant ruby color. The nose reveals floral notes and ripe red berries, especially redcurrant, with a hint of spice. The palate is well-balanced and refined, with silky tannins and a round, generous texture. Subtle oak integration enhances its complexity. A powerful yet elegant wine, with a smooth and gourmet finish.

Pairing notes
Located just below “Les Marconnets,” this former royal vineyard enjoys a southeast exposure and a mix of loam, clay, and sand soils. A dry end of summer ensured full grape maturity under sunny skies. The vineyard, partially owned by the domaine, is planted mainly with Pinot Noir on 2.4 hectares.
