Winemaking notes

Manual harvest. Aged for 14 months in barrels including new barrels (10%), barrels of 1 wine (30%) and barrels of 2 wines (60%)

Viticultural notes

The 30-year-old vines are located on clay-limestone soils.

Tasting notes

The nose is floral with notes of violet, its garnet color is intense and clear. On the palate, the attack is frank, surmounted by notes of forest fruits and figs supported by silky tannins.

Pairing notes

This Santenay 1er Cru can go perfectly with red meats, poultry in sauce and all cheeses.
